Air Source Heat Pumps

Air source heat pumps extract heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside. It can get heat from the air even when the outside temperature is as low as -25° C.

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme

With the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, you can replace your fossil fuel boiler and get up to £7,500 off the installed cost of your air source heat pump for sustainable, year-round comfort.

Launched in April 2022 to encourage homeowners to install low-carbon heating technologies, the grant aims to support the UK’s transition to a cleaner energy landscape and reach net zero emissions by 2050.
